In accordance to the Letters No RCSC/HRMD/CSR/2022/2266 dated 30/12/2023 and MOH/HRD-01/2022/6442 dated 30/12/2023, the Bhutan Food and Drug Authority (BFDA) is established under the MoH with the merger of the erstwhile BAFRA, BNCA and DRA. In this regard, BFDA is in the process of merging the erstwhile three websites into one.
